Sales Manager – Industrial Paints & Protective Coatings for Oil & Gas Sector (SABIC & ARAMCO) – Al Khobar
Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements effective sales strategies for industrial paints and protective coatings for tanks, pipelines, and valves.
• Establishes and strengthens relationships with key clients, including ARAMCO and SABIC, to expand business opportunities.
• Monitors tenders and new projects, preparing technical and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
• Negotiates contracts and secure business deals that align with company objectives.
• Analyzes market trends and customer demands to enhance the company’s competitiveness and market share.
• Leads and mentors the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
• Ensures compliance with technical standards and quality requirements in the oil and gas sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial paint sales or related products within the oil and gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract negotiations with ARAMCO and SABIC.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
