Qualifications:
– Male
– English proficiency is a must (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, Understanding)
– Diploma or Bachelor Degree
– Familiar in company policies and procedures as well as government rules and regulations
– Familiar in securing and/or renewing the employee and business permit, registration, membership and subscription
– Familiar in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
– Familiar in recruitment process and file management
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams plus PDF
– Willing to be trained and work with different nationality and gender
– Willing to work in Khobar – Dammam, Eastern Province
– Fresh graduate or with relevant work experience will be considered
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls
– Handle the clients registration, membership and subscription
– Monitor and safeguard the company and employee files (soft and hard copy)
– Monitor and order office supplies, tools and equipment
– Coordinate the repair of office equipment and premises
– Schedule meetings and travel
– Assist in company event and exhibit
– Update and implement the company rules and regulations
– Distribute the latest government rules and regulations
– Maintain updated contact list and company profile
– Prepare and distribute minutes of meeting
– Perform filing and documentation
– Other tasks will be assigned
