Duties:
Prepare the Project Schedule covering entire scope and within defined timelines.
Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower & Machinery Requirement.
Plan for budget required for the project, create various budget heads to document and monitor the expenses.
Create Cash flow analysis (Expected cash inflow vs. Expected cash outflow)
Coordinate with the execution team and prepare drawings, monthly procurement schedules for major materials, building materials, special materials and tools as per the work plan.
Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
Create variance reports (Schedule Variance, Cost Variance and Earned Value Method (EMV)) at various stages of the project to analyse deviations
Create Project Closing Reports and Learning
Education, Experience and skills:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, Construction Cost Management or equivalent
7+ years of experience in strategic planning, estimating techniques, quantity surveying, data cost management and technical documentation.
Strong oral and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and carrying out negotiations.
Strong analytical skills with multitasking abilities for meeting the scheduled deadline.
Leadership and management skills
Effective time management skills.
