What we need from you:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in High- end chocolate production or high-end catering operation
* A chocolate specialist with exceptional knowledge and would also like to get involved with new product development too
* Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with his colleagues and co-workers to their understanding.
* Very passionate about his work.
* High attention to detail and consistently able to work to the highest standards
