Qualification:
Any nationality can apply.
A minimum of 7 years experience is required as a planner in an erection -build environment.
Must have experience / knowledge on precast production to co-relate with erection planning.
Must be a Civil Engineering Degree or construction related discipline.
Well verse with primavera software is must.
Can communicate well and coordinate both production and erection department.
Must be residing in Saudi Arabia or saudi expat.
can join immediately.
Scope:
Prepare schedule as per Site Construction Division approved schedule and aligned with Precast erection department acitvities with cooordination i Precast Plant Production.
Coordination with precast Plant production Planning Engineer.
Coordination with Site management Division Planning Engineer.
Self Motivated and can work independently.
Must have akin with details.
can provide erection out requirement.
can present erection department with respect to planning/coordination in full detail to the Main Precast Division Meeting.
Salary is negotiable after final interview with Erection manager.
Job Offer:
basic: negotiable
Contract Status: Single
Contarct Duration : one year ( extendable after evaluation)
Tickets: if degree round trip ticket every year , if diploma, one way ticket every year.
Medical insurance: provided by company.
iqam transfer: provided by Company.
vacation: 30 days for degree holder, 21 days for diploma.
Probation period: 90 days.
