Wall Painter – Riyad

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare wall, wood, stone, plaster metal, and other surface for painting utilizing fillers, sandings, masking and other methods to ensure a good finish. Apply proper type of primer or under-coat depending on type of surface to be painted. Apply finish coat insuring correct color and finish. Utilize various size brushes to cut-in around windows, light fixture and other items.
Mix paints and colors, choose proper thinners and solvents, ensure paint is of proper thickness and generally perform other similar duties necessary to achieve a good paint job.
Will be required to work on scaffold, roofs or other high object. Utilize drop cloths to protect
floors, carpets, furniture, or other objects, remove curtains, movable objects and other fixtures to prevent damage from painting. Responsible for all cleaning of the equipment, brushes, pans, etc. and the proper storage of paints, solvents and thinners.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience painting various structures utilizing lacquers, enamels, water based and synthetic paints: and various types of primers.
Must possess good knowledge of solvents, thinners and cleaning fluids.
Must have good knowledge of preparing metal, wood and concrete surfaces for painting.
Must be able to speak, read and write English
