Planning Engineer & Cost Control Engineer – Mep – Riyadh

▪ Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
▪ Experience should be more than 10 years, out of which 2-3 years must have worked in project execution ,minimum 7 years as Planning and cost control engineer.
▪ Candidate should have a transferable visa and ready for immediate joining.
Candidate must have worked with reputed MEP / Civil Contractors in KSA.
▪ As a Planning Engineer, experienced in Project Planning Scheduling & knowledgeable of latest Primavera Enterprise Systems (P6/7) scheduling technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project. Preparing schedule from scratch as per contract requirements & prepare budgets for different phases of the project with engineering team & Generate Manpower Histogram ,S-Curves & Cash flow as per Bill of quantities. Responsible for Weekly & Monthly reports. Analyze Performance Measurements from Schedule .Apply Earned Value Management (EVM System) technique for reporting.
▪ As a Cost Control Engineer, responsible for cost control services e.g. preparation of change proposal/order for changes in scope of work including evaluation of cost impacts and preparation of support documents/back up, budgeting, controlling, forecasting and reporting the project cost. Responsibility also include to ensure no expenses are committed without prior review by cost control, comparison versus the budget and warn early for costs variances and adverse trends to enable the Project Management to initiate timely corrective actions.
