Job functions:
Full awareness of demand planning
Full awareness of Foreign and Local Purchasing
Full awareness of Procurement procedures
Review Shipping Terms for all issued POS
Good Knowledge of Logistics process
Review Shipping Documents-
Follow ETD and ETA dates
Review Payments terms with suppliers
New products coding system
Preparing the Payment plan on weekly basis
Follow up receiving new shipments
Inventory control follow up
Review shipping documents
Review account statements with supplier and match with finance.
Follow up payment schedule with finance – Follow up with Warehouses
Prepare all required reports on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
Full awareness of demand planning and foreign purchasing
Experience from 3 to 4 years working on time- concentrate and good thinking—good listener and react well with situations. ability to work under pressure- responsibility man
