This position is located in Riyadh.
About this position:
Trainer should conduct training program based on company operation procedures. The core business of the company is mobile car wash service. The trainer should be responsible for establishing training manual for all service providers, assessment procedures, process development.
Responsibilities:
Establishing training manual for service providers of the process of the mobile car wash.
Conduct training program of new service providers.
Evaluate and assess the training program being conducted.
Feedback on the training outcome.
Customer service training, it includes the interaction between service provides and clients.
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
Requirement:
Good communication skills (English is a must, preferably moderate level of Arabic speaking)
Passionate about the development of the training program.
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively, and to have leadership personality.
Proven work experience as a trainer.
Proven work experience as car washing, polishing, waxing, … etc.
Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint)
Willing to learn and adapt to the work environment.
Required Philippines Nationality.
