Sales Supervisor – Saudi Arabia

Main Responsibilities:
1.Follow up his team to get their work plan followed on daily basis;
2.Bring new customers (at least 3 new customers) with the list submitted of client name/area/process followed;
3.Follow closely the collection of his region;
4.Make sure the collection/Bank Deposits are updated for his team;
5.Make sure the SVs to be updated within a deadline of 5 working days;
6.Update the database covering the data entry of RVs and SVs to be presented each Saturday of the week.
Development Responsibilities:
1.Provides helpful, behaviourally specific feedback to others.
2.Shares information, advice, and suggestions to help others to be more successful; provides effective coaching.
3.Gives people assignments that will help develop their abilities.
4.Regularly meets with employees to review their development progress.
5.Recognizes and reinforces people’s developmental efforts and improvements.
6.Expresses confidence in others’ ability to be successful.
Reports:
-Daily action plan for sales team.
-Daily sales and collection results
-Weekly sales VRs. Target to be achieved.
-Weekly action plan.

Bachelor’s degree in administration or equivalent

5 – 7 years of Working Experience in similar position
