Job Description
QC Inspectors : 2 Nos.
Read blueprints, drawings, corresponding Job Order and specifications.
Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced.
Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
Accept or reject finished items.
Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products.
Report inspection and test data.
Maintain Quality Reports and Data.
Perform Site Visit when required to conformity of installed products.
Following all Documents and records as per the Company Norms.
Maintaining Non Conformity Report Files both for Production and Projects.
He must ensure the Site not to suffer due to Quality Matters and should be strict with deliveries, commitments and Delivery schedules.
– Transferable Iqama
– Min 3 – 8 yrs experience
