We need Civil foremen for our project in Jabal Omar Phase IV Makkah
Duties:
1. To follow the daily plan as described by the Engineer.
2. Follow the construction drawings as explained by the Engineer.
3. Instruct the labour leaders according to the blueprints as advised by the Engineer.
4. Follow exactly the points require to complete the erection of GRC panels.
5. He should check that the labours are exactly following the location and survey points during the erection of GRC panels.
6. Coordinate with leaders and take the required quantity according to the daily work plan.
7. Report to the Engineer if found any complications or contradictions in drawing according to site conditions.
8. To work with the logistics team to provide material to the labor on time and effectively.
9. Report daily progress.
10. Follow up the look ahead plan of Construction Engineer.
Requirements:
1. Should have good communication skills.
2. Should be able to work under pressure.
3. Should be able to read construction and Architectural drawings.
4. Should have good command on labors and a good team player.
5. He must have knowledge about survey layouts and pit points.
6. Must be active and sharp.
