Head Of Technical Department – Riyad

A leading company specialized in manufacturing wooden furniture, doors and interior decoration for major projects and hotels is seeking for “Head of Technical Department” in Riyadh.
NOTE: Add subject for the wanted position, otherwise the application will be rejected.
Position: Head of Technical Department
Minimum Experience: 08-10 Years in Wooden Field,
Transferable Iqama
Bachelor degree in Engineering & Similar area.
Some of Major duties & responsibilities
• To manage Estimation department.
• To manage the Design and Drafting department.
• Summary/analysis for a valid discount.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets.
• To prepare value engineering for low budget projects.
• To attend the meeting with client and consultants to convince them for appropriate materials.
• Coordinate with Purchase department in order to get correct current rates of raw materials.
• Coordinate with QA & QC department for arrangement of Drawings, Material and other technical submittals.
• Follow up with clients for approvals.
• To provide a technical guideline to the Production department.
