Store Supervisor – Riyad

we are looking candidate for “Store Supervisor, 2nos.” for Store/Warehouse Division. The candidate should be familiar in handling stores.
Requirements:
– Saudi & Non-Saudis
– Bachelor degree or equivalent.
– Male
– In Riyadh
– Minimum 5 years of experience in handling stores.
– Hard Working
– Transferable Iqama
Job Description: The candidate will support Store Manager in the running of their store and oversee a team of staff members within a store and also responsible for ensuring that financial objectives are met and that all aspects of the store are running smoothly at all times.
Essentials Responsibilities:
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
•To manage the team with firmness and fairness.
•To follow up and monitor performance, motivate and measure team contribution
MANAGING SALES & PROFITS
•Maximizes sales through VM and staff selling.
•Maximizes performance as per agreed KPI’s
•Ensures product is displayed at the correct selling price.
•Ensures launching promotions on agreed dates.
MANAGING COSTS
•Maximizes costs throughout the business.
•Ensures agreed staffing levels are maintained.
•Supplies additional quotes as per instructions from the Store Manager.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
•To support Store Manager where applicable in recruitment of the new personnel.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
•To develop the team and give recognition accordingly.
•To show willingness to learn and develop.
•To support a continuous culture of training and development throughout the store.
MANAGING PROCEDURES
•To ensure adherence to all employee policy and procedures.
•To assist in stock inventory control through correct business procedures.
•Ensures all cash handling and administration procedures are adhered too.
OTHER
•All staff and management use MenaMe system for attendance.
•Supervisor must be flexible with regards to work station and company requirement.
