Work Location: King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh
Requirements:
– Saudis & Non-Saudis
– Male/Female
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff
– Ability to work with a team, and on own initiative
– Flexible approach to assigned role
– Worked in Hospitality/Retail Industry.
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Minimum 03 years experience in same
– Transferable Iqama
Job Description: Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire and manage the operations of the allotted store.
Essentials Responsibilities:
•To ensure all store standards are adhered too as per requirements.
•Follows the VM guidelines and keep the shop floor full.
•Maximizes the sales through VM.
•Ensures the product displayed at the correct selling price.
•Ensures launching the promotions on agreed dates.
•Delivers world class customer experience.
•Resolves all customer complaints.
•Stays positive when dealing with customers.
•Follows individual training plan agreed by Store Manager.
•Ensures and adherence of implementation of company policy and procedures.
•Ensures cash handling and administration as per company policy and procedures.
•Ensures to achieve KPI as per target.
•Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by division head but not limited to
