Job Description
Review designs and make the necessary calculation, take off, follow up execution for HVAC, Fire Fighting and plumbing systems.
Review shop drawings and material submittals to ensure quality control of mechanical works.
Coordinate between subcontractors.
Decide upon the requirements; machinery, systems and criteria to ensure an effective system is in place.
Ensure the design reflects the highest quality standards of, safety and environmental requirements as set by laws and regulations;
Communicates and coordinates with different sections in the department to ensure full understanding of the systems needs and requirements.
Communicate with construction managers on issues in related to system design to provide efficient support as required;
Perform site inspections to ensure the implementation of an effective system during the construction phase.
Provide comprehensive documentations for the equipment and machinery used in the design.
Attend meetings with suppliers, clients, and other parties related to system requirements.
Perform general clerical duties and other ad hoc activities as and when required.
Ensure compliance with Secure Quality and Environment, Health & Safety policy
