Food Microbiologist& Chemist – Saudi Arabi

Required for an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory
1. Food Microbiologist
Job responsibilities:-
– The Microbiologist will be primarily responsible for supporting the laboratory operations by conducting relevant microbiological testing and reporting.
– Provide essential microbiological analytical laboratory services for food and beverage manufacturers, private sectors, commodity exporters companies and food industry in line with Element’s standards.
– Maintain accurate records of all performed procedures in assisting in implementation of ISO / IEC 17025:2005 in the laboratory.
English is a must. Indian, Pakistani or Filipino are more preferred.
2. Chemist

Job responsibilities:-
– Three to five years’ experience is a minimum to accept.
– Sample preparation to sample analysis for TPH, Phenols, Pesticides, PAHS, BTEX, MTBE using GC-MS in environmental samples comprising water, groundwater, wastewater, seawater, soil, sediments, etc.
– General spectroscopy, ICP-OES + experience in interference removal, trace metal sample preparation to sample analysis by Microwave
– Wet Chemistry (Titrimetry and gravimetry)
– Sampling techniques, chemical and physico-chemical analysis.
– Use of general statistics in report preparation, data interpretation and familiarity with word processing and use of spreadsheets (MS Word/Excel).
– Self-motivated and capable of independently working on assigned tasks.
English is a must. Indian, Pakistani or Filipino are more preferred.
