Senior Project / Program Manager Cards – Riyad

We are looking for below skill set.
1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Senior Project / Program Manager Cards
2. Experience 12 years + with Project Management

A senior project/ program Manager to work on multiple key initiatives across cards, ecommerce, mobile wallet and payment projects/ programs.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:.

• Manage projects between IT, vendor, business groups and develop project plans using project management principles, organize teams and collaboration activities for payments related application changes and projects
• Jointly work with quality assurance (QA) team for planning of test scenarios, execution plans for integration, regression, and stress testing.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) with users to ensure quality outcome of intended product as per SLA between IT and business.
• Communicate with stakeholders and corresponding members at IT departments in relation to project lifecycle activities.
• Ensure mandatory approvals from change owners and stakeholders for requirements , change requests, and coordinate change management appropriately.
• Manage business satisfaction regarding project progress, systems availability, service continuity, and capacity issues.
• Prepare project status reports, project plans, communication and coordination with stakeholders
• Capable to manage multiple project in parallel with adherence to PM rules and delivery on stringent timelines
4. SKILLS
• Solid background of Cards and mobile payments domain
• Understanding of cards business and experience of managing card implementations
• Working knowledge of working with payment schemes like VISA, MC, AMEX etc. added advantage
• Technical know-how on IT jargons, environments and integrations, and technical environment
• PMP or any other certification will be a value add
• Prior experience of working on large scale payments transformation projects and payment services hub implementation will be a big plus.
• Superior skills in Microsoft power point, excel and MS project
• Strong problem solving skills and hands-on experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specifications and conducting testing.
