Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and objectives include monitoring and controlling the company’s administrative department. Working directly with the GM. Accurate and efficient management of administrative procedures and coordinating with different departments and making sure that the company document control procedures are being followed.
Handling all jobs & coordination related to office & employee administration independently.
Arrange events, programs, meetings, conferences, and other functions.
Handling filing of admin & HR systems & support to other department to create, arrange and handling of files.
All Administrative matters relating to the GM.
Supervision on general administration and filing system.
Drafting and preparation of correspondence in English and Arabic
Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence
Filing, photocopying & Assisting with conference calls
