BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE JOB:
Candidate having experience in commencing system commissioning procedures and planning for IT- Systems, Communication and Physical Security.
EXPERIENCE:-
· Engineer with minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in either Petro-chemical, Refinery and Infrastructure facilities. Recommended having worked in SAUDI ARAMCO projects
· Required strong experience of min of 5 years in commissioning procedures and planning for IT- Systems, Communication and Physical Security.
· Candidates must have full Project life cycle experience
PREFERED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
· Good Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word / XL / PPT)
· Good Experience in Commissioning Procedures
· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Preferred – Candidate having experience working with Saudi- ARAMCO
TASKS AND RESPONCIBILITIES:-
· Study the contractual scope of site work, applicable specification and standards, application, electrical scheme drawings and interface engineering.
· Prepare site test procedure and test formats taking into consideration the manufacturer recommendations and applicable standard.
· Plan and schedule the testing and commissioning activities.
· Identify and arrange the test equipment needed to carry out the task. Verify the availability of required documentation (specifications, scheme drawings, etc…)
· Prepare relay setting calculation if required for small jobs.
· Proceed with the testing and commissioning of the equipment and its interface with other equipment in line with the test procedure and agreement reached with the customer.
· Issue the documentation of the test results duly validated by the individual and the customer. Issue the certification of the installation for energization and operation.
· Investigate reported malfunction and implement curative action / initiate corrective action.
· Co-ordinate with customer for outage requirement, entry gate pass, work permit, etc
· Verify application of all safety rules and good maintenance of test and measuring instruments and tools, and implement the corrections needed.
· Report on progress and completion of jobs.
· Control all related documentation (Procedure, test reports, as built drawings)
· Review and plan all daily site activities for testing, commissioning and warranty, keeping program management as well as the site customer representatives aware.
· Ensure that the work environment for our staff meets all requirements for Safety. Lead and implementation of Policies and Procedures to enhance the safety and well being of all staff.
· Daily duties are to lead the commissioning team with detailed planning, meeting the customer representatives and communicating status to program management. Manage the warranty process and consignment of spare parts.
· Promotes leadership and accountability with staff members and nurtures a positive team effort.
· Liaise with End-Customer representatives
