Position: Assistant Manager- Valet and Shuttle Operations
Job description:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager who will serve as one of the site leaders and first point of contact for patients and visitors arriving at our renowned hospital location. This professional will assist in overseeing all valet parking and shuttle services. They will ensure our company and team adheres to our exceptional standards of care, keeping up with all aspects of business and providing guidance on compliance matters to all on-site staff. Our company has exceptional integrity in both standards of care and excellence, which need to be preserved at all times. Management duties will include, but are not limited to:
On-boarding, training and oversight of valet parking attendants and shuttle drivers.
Customer care and hospitality needs of all patients and visitors arriving at the hospital
Claim, safety, and risk management and prevention
Accounting work using MS Excel and scheduling software
Professional correspondence with client, senior management and HR departments
HR Duties including:
Ensuring employee compliance of company policies
Maintaining employee files
Updating an online ‘scorecard’ for tracking employee events, continued training, and employee reviews
Conflict resolution and documentation
Policy enforcement and updating of employee files
Timely reporting and documentation of any incidents related to our service or staff.
Accounting for program volume and activity. Timely reporting of accounting to company and client
Taking ownership of the facility: maintaining grounds, work stations and facility as necessary
Maintenance of equipment
Weekly meetings with support team of managers and supervisors
Clear and timely communication with company leaders
Maintain a working staff and ensuring a 5-star healthcare hospitality environment at all times
This position reports directly to the Hospitality Manager
