We are seeking the recruitment of Sales and Marketing Manager for our Electrical Manufacturing Facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Riyadh Factory for Panel Boards Co. website: www.rfpb.com. An ISO 9001-2000 quality certified and approved by Saudi Electricity Co.; RFPB specializes in the manufacturing of metal clad switch gears, package sub-stations, control panels, low and medium voltage panel boards, and metal enclosures. Furthermore, RFPB is highly proficient in fabricating and manufacturing cable support systems.
Reporting to the Managing Director, Riyadh Factory for Panel Boards Co. (RFPB), the candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the company’s Sales and marketing organization in an efficient and professional manner in order to ensure that business goals and objectives are met, customer deadlines are successfully met. He will provide leadership, guidance, and practical support to help the business to grow and sustain world-class standards.
The Sales and Marketing Manager must have experience and be knowledgeable of all phases of Electrical manufacturing process. For this role he should be a qualified Electrical Engineer with a proven track record of Sales and operational experience in the Electrical industry. The candidate should be proactive with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Purpose Of The Position
RFPB Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting of RFPB’s range of products and the formulation and implementation of business strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties
The major responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Manager are to ensure that the functions outlined are managed in efficient and a professional manner in order to ensure that business goals and objectives are met, customer deadlines are successfully met. Provide leadership, guidance, and practical support to help the business to grow and sustain world-class standards.
 The overall management of business aspect of the company.
 Achieve yearly Sales volume and Revenue targets at the required profitability parameters decided by the Managing Director.
 Recommend and implement business development plans.
 Take corrective actions where and when needed in matters of Sales and marketing.
 Identify clientele’s needs and industry trends to constantly update RFPB’s offering of innovative, high quality, and cost effective range of products and services.
 Determine and develop customer segments that meet profitability and risk profiles set by the Managing Director.
 Develop and communicate the company strategies for marketing and sales.
 Review the operating results of the company; compare them against established objectives/budgets and takes appropriate corrective actions, if needed.
 Optimize the resources allocated to the factory in order to meet business requirements in terms of quality, delivery timeframe, and cost.
 Manage staff responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities.
 Prepare short and medium term plans for sales and marketing to meet the given company objectives.
 To contribute the raising of the overall professionalism in the company.
 To monitor customer satisfaction levels in terms of product quality and speed of delivery.
 Negotiate distribution agreements and identifying new product agency and license agreements
Outlined above responsibilities are the fundamental duties that must be performed by the sales and Marketing Manager. Overall management of sales and marketing organization to plan, direct, and ensure effective implementation of strategic and corporate objectives.
Position Requirements
The Sales and Marketing Manager Position is a key post within the company’s business activities and requires the service of dedicated, experienced, knowledgeable, and hardworking executive in the field of Electrical manufacturing process.
i. B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering at least, preferably MS in Electrical Engineering
ii. Must be knowledgeable of selling and marketing of electrical equipment, manufacturing activities and must possess proven managerial experience in similar managerial posts.
iii. Minimum of 10 years of practical experience of which 5 years in management experience directly related in Electrical manufacturing activities.

Reports To : Sales Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll combine technical knowledge with sales skills. The balance depends on the level of technical knowledge and understanding you’ll need to sell the product you’re offering and to respond to client’s queries.
Your clients will be usually technical such as project owners, project manager, project engineers, procurement managers for contractors, ministries, consultants, public utilities, local authorities and hospitals. So you have to be clever enough and know how to deal with them.
You should have:
 A solid technical background.
 Sound Judgment and good business sense.
 Team working ability.
 The ability to build quickly relationships with clients.
 Analytical and problem solving skills.
 Resilience and tenacity.
 Independence.

Responsibilities:

 Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in your designated region.
 Traveling to visit potential clients.
 Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long- term relationships with customers.
 Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
 Persuading clients that a product or service will be best satisfy their needs.
 Able to present to customers commercial and technical proposals in clear fashion.
 Negotiating Tender and contract terms.
 Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
 Offering after- sales support services.
 Administering Client accounts.
 Analyzing costs and sales.
 Preparing reports to sales manager.
 Meeting regular sales targets.
 Coordinating Sales Projects.
