1. JOB PURPOSE
Keep the production machinery in good condition, and support production for maximum efficiency at minimum cost. Perform all electric maintenance works including emergency repairs, assembly modification of work in accordance with the specification subject to supervisor’s approval Technical and Work under electrical supervisor.
2. KEY RESULT AREAS
 Maintain and troubleshoot of all the electrical and Electronics instruments Such as level measuring equipment, Video jet high-speed coder, speed controllers, Temperature Sensor, transmitters proximity switches, hot melt materials Applicators, gamma fill level equipment, labeler machine, Related to DE palletizer, palletizer, intermix / carb cooler, Filler, conveyor system, try packaging units, film shrink wrapping, and blow moulding for pet bottles, high and low pressure Compressor.
 set up the frequency to drive for motors.
 Troubles shoot of PLC. Controls Siemens, ALLEN-BRADLEY AND ABB PROCONTIC etc.
 Start-up machines and prepare for the operation.
 Implement required maintenance activities in accordance With settled programs.
 Present continuously In the production lines.
 Follow the industrial safety instructions.
 Receive and issue required spare parts from the Storekeeper.
 Maintain good housekeeping procedure mainly in all production lines, utilities and syrup operation and water treatment areas.
3. EDUCATION
Diploma / Degree in the technical / Electrical field or equivalent / Vocational course in Industrial Electrical or trade certificate equivalent is required.
4. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 must have knowledge in Programmable Logic Control (PLC)
 must have knowledge of industrial wiring installation and diagram and control circuits.
 must be flexible, team player, and Perform Good quality of work, Posses job knowledge, Good Communication skill, safety and timekeeping skills along with housekeeping know how.
 the technician should able to take the decision in some critical Situation.
 Troubleshoot, repair and maintain the plant electrical control system such as AC & DC motor, steam boiler, air compressor and ammonia compressor.
5. Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance and repairs of panel controls.
