Required Finance Manager, Riyadh KSA
A well-known Investment Banking in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate needs over 5 years of related experience in Investment Banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
– Meet all treasury revenue, total cost and overall profit targets as agreed to by the Board & CEO.
– Ensure that all accounting is done correctly and that financial reporting is accurate and done in a timely fashion, utilizing proper accounting practices.
– This includes the monthly management accounts, the quarterly financial statements, annual accounts, financial performance versus budget, and any other financial information requested by the Board, the CEO, Regulators and/or Audit and Compliance.
– Co-ordinate the financial planning process including finalisation of business plan and budgets in co-ordination with Departmental Heads and the top management.
– Handle corporate taxation and/or Zakat matters.
– Ensure that all payroll and expense issues are handled in an accurate and prompt fashion.
– Ensure the smooth ongoing functioning of all operational and IT issues including hardware (computers, networks, printers/faxes, phones) and software.
– In case of problems, solutions to be in place in urgent fashion to ensure no business is lost and/or no risk enhanced.
– Ensure that all operational controls and risk management policies and procedures are properly put in place, and properly monitored.
Requirements:
– University degree in Accounting or Finance
– At least 5 years related experience in Investment
– Banking (Finance and Operations).
Experience in Saudi or in the GCCCME Certified
