Job Description:

Sales Coordinator, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

– Qualification :Any bachelor degree.
– Experience : 4- years commercial experience in Coordination and Executive Office Service.
– Commercial experience in analytical, including exposure and understanding of ERP systems.
– Well versed and highly experienced in operating advanced Excel, Power Point and Access Programs.
– Salary offered : Basic 3000 SR with food +accommodation and medical.
– The candidates must speak both Arabic and English.

Liaising with:

– Regional Sales Managers.
– Marketing Manager.
– Operational Manager.
– Planning Manager Processing Plant.
– Assist the reporting manager in developing detailed Sales Planning and its related Production Report in accordance with Annual Harvest Plan and Annual Sales Plan.
– Take part and assist in developing the Sales Planning in accordance with the S and M Strategy in place.
– Support the Head-Sales Operation Manager by providing a critical analysis and intelligent reports on the Sales among the various Regional Markets by product mixes and customer wise for better planning and sales allocations.
– Analysis Region/Market/Customer wise Sales Volume and preparing monthly variance analyses.
– Developing a series of weekly and monthly Sales analysis reports of each Markets and Region by Customer wise performances in comparison with the Annual Sales Plan and Volume Budget in place.
– Review the Stock Inventory Levels and to assist the Regional Managers by providing a weekly stock report for appropriate sales of the stock on hand.
– Keep a keen eye on the inventory level of each customer/market/regions wise by each product mixes and grade wise and alert the Head – Sales Operations on the out of line situations.
– Compile and analyse sales volume of all regions by product mixes and grade wise and develop integrated Sales analyses, defaults, reports, and presentations in comparison with the Annual Sales Plan and Budget.
– Report on periodic sales variances among the various Regional Markets.
– Delivering high quality MIS and Sales analytics to reporting Manager, and ensuring consistency and credibility of reports. Working with teams both within and outside S&M to ensure the reports are accurate to enable for decision making.
– Development of Intelli-view reports to support the sales analysis and KPI reporting process.
– Design, document, and implement various integrated systems and applications for periodic and ad hoc sales.
– Use ERP system to its full capacity vis-à-vis functions and modules, and if necessary other Software packages, for efficient and effective operations of the unit.
– Developing tools, using ERP, to accurately analyse the sales volume by customer/market/region wise.
