Job Description:

Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings and conferences in line with manager’s availability make most effective use of line manager’s time.

Prepares regular reports, gathering, and summarizing data in order to keep managers up to date with the department status and the need for related actions.

Assists the HOD in preparing of Tender documentation skillfully.

– Handling of Accounting Ledgers.
– Maintain debtors/creditors statement.
– Communicate with clients for reconciliation on monthly balance.
– Any other task assigned by the manager accounts
– Prepare and review , revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
– Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients
– Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
– Input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems
