Job Description:
System Administrator, required for a medium – sized contracting company in Saudi Arabia.
Duties and responsibilities:
– Analyzes system logs and identifies potential issues with computer systems.
– Introduces and integrates new technologies into existing data center environments.
– Performs routine audits of systems and software.
– Performs backups.
– Applies operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
– Installs and configures new hardware and software.
– Adds, removes, or updates user account information, resets passwords, etc.
– Responsible for security.
– Responsible for documenting the configuration of the system.
– Troubleshoots any reported problems.
– System performance tuning.
– Ensures that the network infrastructure is up and running.
– Saudis preferred, and expats should have transferable lqama.
