Single Status & Basic 6500+ Housing 1050 + Trans 650 = Total 8200 (Fixed – No Negotiation) Apply only if you agree to this package.
• Supervise & Coordinate with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design/review/ implementation of all security systems and discipline required for the project.
• To ensure that all verification and inspection activities are to be carried out as per approved drawings, procedures, and specifications.
• Assure that the implantation of security systems are compliance with drawings, required specifications and standards.
• Report to the Manager of site progress and problems that encountered on site for assistance and guidance.
• Attend site meetings regularly and liaise with others for details of works and coordination of requirements amongst various parties
• Responsible for closing NCR & SI (Site Inspection)
• Responsible for preparing and submitting Daily/Weekly/Monthly site report to concerned managers.
• Escalating any issue to concerned Site Engineers and managements.
• Ensure that Non-Conformance Report (NCR) are to be raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications.
• Identify non-conformances and take preventive and corrective actions according to client requirements and standards.
• To ensure the closure of NCR’S and get the approval from the consultant in order to meet the client requirement and plan.
• Ensure all in-coming & out-going materials that are to be inspected and logged.
• Preparing Exception Item list for all pending and NC in project.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Coordinator role.
• Experience in Metro Projects is a plus.
• Good knowledge & experience in security system (ELV – AV).
• Strong knowledge in reading all types of drawing (ELV).
• Security System – GSM & TETRA, CCTV, Video Intercom, IP Telephone, WLAN, Site Coordination, Implementation Capability, NCR, SI Closing procedure, Method of Statement, Procedure of Submission Plan, DCS, PLC, SCADA, DAS, VMS.
• ITP (Inspection Test Planning)
• Well versed with Method of Statement (MST) & Material submittal
• BS Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Joining Date : Immediate

• Travelling : Required upon demand (various sites)
