Job description / Role.
Contracts Manager/ Engineer is responsible to successfully manage all aspects of MEP Contracting activities related to infrastructure projects, Star Hotel projects, High Rise Towers, Metro projects etc., including Contract Administration related to MEP works such as bonds, permits, insurance, cash flow forecast, finalization of Contract documents, preparation of schedules, monitoring for variance, claims defence, analysis, negotiation, preparing and submitting Monthly Interim Valuation, Variation Claims, Final Account, contract documentation, contract close out.
Requirements:
Electrical Or Mechanical Engineer Above 8 years of Experience in the same field.
