We need saudi based multi national company -fmcg distribution company urgently looking whole sales experience sales & supervisor position candidates who have genuine field experience in FMCG sector.Only can apply those who have genuine sales & supervisor level position experience and well-versed and familiar with the both bilangual language for following markets channels whole sales.
1- Presently our company looking well-versed experience candidates who have genuine field experience in the filed of whole sales supervisor level position for enlarge our sales and footprint by maximizing the sales outlet.
2- Strongly supervise Day-Day sales activities & sales report to country sales manager
3- Develop new customers and maintain the current one
4- Follow up, allocate journey plan for merchandisers
5- Report to the country sales & merchandising manager on day to day thru market activities report..
6- Strongly follow up store and branch level sales & merchandising teams for develop displays, visibilities and sales orders
7- Strongly follow-up sales orders and push to sales & merchandising team for achieve target.
8- Follow up merchandisers schedule and achieve day to day assignments.
9. Sales supervisor should be pleased and mingle personality person and achieve day to day assignment .
Apply only experienced candidate apply who have experience below requirement.
1- 5-6 years of experience in sales & merchandising.
2- Good communication and ‘people skills’english and arabic
3- Knows how to use Microsoft office.
4- Well connected with Key accounts personnel at supermarkets,whole sales, Hotels, Restaurants, Wholesalers. Midtrade level .
5- He has well experience in FMCG industry (FMCG)
6- Welling to work under stress & pressure
7-Ability to motivate and lead a team successfully..
8-He should be familiar riyadh city and their remote areas
9- Good business relationship at store level and others.
10- He should be valid saudi driving license & iqama
11-Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
