Job Description:
Plant Manager, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
– Plant Manager will be required to provide effective leadership and management of the plant operations of the company.
– This role encompasses Production Planning and Control, Plant maintenance and upkeep, coordination with Sales and statutory authorities, cost control and budgeting, and implementation of company’s HSEQ policies.
– The ability to interface across all levels of hierarchy and with regulatory authorities is essential.
– Applicants should be Graduate or Post Graduate in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and ideally posses a solid track record and understanding of lubricants or related industry sectors.
– Outstanding communications, leadership and people motivation
skills, together with a very strong commitment in delivering top levels of service internally and externally are essential requirements.
– Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity.
– Arabic language proficiency would be an asset.
