A Sales Professional who is self-driven and love to achieve! Candidates with past sales experience having Diversified Experience in Spear heading Major Initiatives in Sales Management, Strategic Planning and Business Development.

This May Include Planning And Project Management For Activities And Campaigns In A Single Region, Adapting Activities And Campaigns That Were Designed For Other Regions, Or Executing Regional Tactics Within A Single, Multiple-Region Campaign.

Responsibilities:

– Ensuring Sustained Growth in Business, Focusing On Achieving/ Surpassing Sales Targets. Expanding Business Reach and Proactively Creating New Sales Leads/ Opportunities.
– Acquire Companies That Have No Significant Revenue History With Our Organization By Selling Our Products And Services.
– Determine Customers’ Needs, And Prepare Proposals To Sell our Services That Address These Needs.
– Meet and Give Presentation to Clients In Order To Convince Customers To Buy our Services.
– Implement Sales Plans To achieve Individual and Departmental Goals.
– Administering Office To Maintain High Volume Along With Increased Turnover And Enhanced Customer Satisfaction, Particularly Of High Net Worth Customers. Increasing Market Segment Business Awareness.
– Maintaining Activity Logs and Records of Customers on a Regular Basis and Providing Management Reports Pertaining to the Same.
– Scrutinizing Sales Trends And Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
– Create And Maintain a Calendar of Marketing Activities.
– Acting As Primary Contact With Head Of Marketing Department (HOMD) For All Marketing and Sales Issues.
– Provide Prospect Data of Customers and Manager Database to HOMD for Sale Support.
– Monitors Market Trends and Competition Activities and Proposes Counter Actions.
– Complies And Enforces Company Policies And Procedures Applicable To Marketing And Branding.
Provide Relevant Content for Social Media Campaigns and Play Active role in Social Media Activities.
– Timely and Accurate Communication of Marketing Plans and Achievements with HOMD.
– Responsible for Campaigns and Other Corporate Communications – Including Web Content – According To Guidelines, Meeting Timeline and Budget Parameters.
– Supporting Marketing Teams With Other Region-Specific Activities.
– Builds Understanding of the Important Media (Magazines/Websites/Blogs, Etc.) Offerings, Enhancing Existing And Building Up New Relationships And Coordinates All Local Activities With The HOMD.
– Formulating, Developing and Implementing Yearly Business Strategies to Ensure Attainment of Revenue Goals and Profitable Sell-Through.
– Constantly Interacting With Prospects and Maintaining Cordial Business Relationship With Key Clients.
– Expanding Business by Sourcing New Partners As Well As Maintaining Efficient Business Relationships With Existing Partners To Enhance Profitability Of Business Operations.
– Handling High Value Sales, Addressing Minor Details and Identifying Areas of Improvements in Customer Service.

Key Skills Required:

– Previous Sales Experience of Real Estate Industry is an Advantage.
– Negotiation Skills, Sales Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial and Market Analysis.
– Strong Communication Skills– Both Written and Oral, Listening Skills, Team Player, Creative Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking and Confident, Self Driven, Dynamic And Loves To Learn.
– Ability To Work Under Pressure To Achieve Sales Targets.
– Market Research, Competitor Analysis providing solutions for future growth.
– Human Capital Management And Training.
– Frequent MS Office Applications and Internet Usage.
– Fluency In English Is Required.
– Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and Practices.
– Excellent Time Management Skills. Ability to priorities work.
