Job Description:
– Develop new business within the existing customer portfolio.
– Present Pacman-CCL and its products to potential customers through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
– Expected to spend 80% of time out of the office in meetings.
– Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting
– Actively and successfully manage the sales process from lead generation, asking questions, presenting the Company, furnishing quotations, negotiating, closing, transferring to Customer Support Team.
– Individual responsibility for new business. Expected to self-manage, however, you will be part of a team of people with the same job title. Support will be provided by general, sales management colleagues, particularly for major customers, as well as by Customer Support Team.
– Participation at exhibitions and trade shows when deemed necessary by general, marketing and sales management
– Create and be accountable for all customer proposals, quotations and sales contracts, and any further documentation as per Company procedures
– Responding to customer enquiries, RFQ’s, tenders in a timely fashion
Effective interaction with all other departments to ensure quality of product, and customer service levels consistently surpass customer expectations
– Ensure that Pacman-CCL remains proactive and responsive to prospective customers
