Stores Development Administrator
JOB SUMMARY:
Store Development Administrative reports directly to Store Development Manager and is responsible for assisting with all the department’s administrative work & communications with HQ, Contractors, Maintenance & other departments:
Knowledge & Skills:
– Basic understanding and knowledge of filing and computer skills, Microsoft Office particularly (Word, Excel, Power Point and Project Planning).
– Knowledgeable on CAD Design, and can execute MEP and Architectural Plan.
– Basic knowledge on civil works and construction, can supervise the progress of development to all stores under construction.
– Have a high level of skills on coordination.
– Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and verbally in English and Arabic.
– Organizational skills.
– Flexible time management.
– Interpersonal skills.
