Oversee and agree contracts and providers for services including mechanical, electrical, civil ,landscaping, security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.
Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
Oversee facilities/building projects, renovations or refurbishments
Prepare a systematic approach to the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of the building, grounds, equipment, and related facilities.
Organize, supervise, and participate in the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of the facilities.
Oversees the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
Monitors, handles, and installs all chemicals for swimming pools.
Perform minor landscaping activities and fixtures.
Works with skilled plumbers, painters, carpenters, electricians or other tradesmen and grounds employees where some knowledge of the basic operations and methods involved is necessary.
Does semi-skilled plumbing and minor repair work on doors, windows, roofs, floors, and other building parts.
Assists with installation of electrical wiring and fixtures.
Regularly inspects building, facilities, and equipment.
Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.
Preferably Mechanical or Electrical engineer or diploma holder in related field
3-5 years of experience in a similar position or role and responsibilities
