We are looking for an experienced Ticketing and holidays consultant travel agent and The applicant will be expected to:
1-Must have a bachelor’s degree.
2-Standard fares and ticketing certificate from IATA or equivalent, Amadeus / Sabre system basic and advanced certificates.
3-Excellent and continuous experience on System Amadeus not less than the last 4 years and preferably have excellent experience in System Sabre system.
4-Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. word and excel.
5-perfect in English and Arabic will be supporting him.
6-Provide the highest standard of customer service to our clients whether Retail or Corporate and ensures error-free itineraries, confirmed hotel bookings, also other travel arrangements that maximize customer satisfaction.
7-Make travel-related reservations and issue tickets to clients, taking care that all relevant airline rules and regulations have been complied with and that the product delivered is commensurate with client requirements and expectations. Recommend alternate classes of travel, routes or carriers
8- Inform customers about mandatory requirements covering their journeys such as passport, visa, health and Insurance requirements as well as other details such as check-in place and time.
9- Maintain an excellent working relationship with clients.
10- Handle refunds, complicated re-issues, MCOs/LPO/FPOs, PTAs.
10-Knowledge of world geography and major carrier networks to facilitate quick itinerary planning.
