Job Description:
Store Controller, required for a company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Position Objectives:
– The custodian of cash handling SOP’s in the store.
– Acts as a controller in recording, analyzing, re posting and identifying gaps, while working closely with the store management.
– Assist store management in running day to day business by providing timely, accurate and standards operating reports and analyzing trends/gaps/errors when required.
– Perform store transaction ( bookkeeping ) on a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Cash Handling.
– Reconciliation.
– Recording and Bookkeeping.
– Reporting and Analysis.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
– A Bachelor degree in related discipline (e.g. Accounting/Finance or equivalent) from accredited university or closely related field.
– Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
– Fluent spoken and written English.
– Strong knowledge and experience using financial/ERP systems.
– Strong level of computer skills, Microsoft Office – XL and Word is mandatory (Oracle knowledge is a plus).
– Strong and positive communication skills, capable of working with others internally and externally (including store management) on accomplishing required tasks, with a high level of ownership.
