Job Summary:
The Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines and related equipment. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Setup:

Install and configure coffee machines, grinders, and accessories at customer sites.
Conduct initial testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
Maintenance and Servicing:

Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines to prevent breakdowns.
Replace worn-out parts, such as seals, filters, and pumps, as needed.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues with coffee machines and related equipment.
Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Customer Support:

Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and care of coffee machines.
Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Inventory and Spare Parts Management:

Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for servicing.
Order replacement parts and equipment as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
Provide service reports to the Service Manager and suggest improvements.
Quality Assurance:

Ensure all equipment is serviced to meet manufacturer standards and warranty requirements.
Conduct performance tests after servicing or repairs to confirm functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment.
Strong understanding of coffee machine components and operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
