Civil Qc Inspector – Jubai

Ensures high degree of quality shall be implemented in accordance with project quality requirements, specification, IFC drawings, Inspection and Test Plan and standards.
Performs internal quality system audits and reports.
Perform a daily routine surveillance inspection on all on-going construction activities.
Attend all inspection and testing with contractor QC to ensure proper implementation of the project as per project specification, IFC drawing, inspection & test plan (ITP) and schedule ‘Q” requirements.
Initiates proactive notification and issues standard violation to the contractor as necessary for any activities does not conform to the project requirements.
Ensures correct and approved items shall be used in conformance to projects requirements and standards.
Inspection of Buildings works such as High rise buildings, Pre-cast Industrial buildings, Electrical Substations as per Building Codes.
Checking the quality of Building Architectural Design and Finishes Requirements.
Inspecting and monitoring all Steel structure works Anchor bolts, Embedded Items and formwork inspection, Pipe rack foundation work activities such as Soil compaction testing layer by layer, Rebar, Concrete sampling test and placement, curing work, Surface Preparation and Coating activities.
Checking and Supervision all works according to International Standards and codes such as ACI, ASTM SASO etc.
Conduct all testing on sites and laborites such as Soil sampling and testing, Proctor test, Field density test (FDT), Concrete testing, Dry film test(DFT) surface coating test, Moisture content test, MC-1, Bitumen Extraction & Gradation, RC-2, Asphalt Core, Marshal Stability and Tests, Asphalt testing, Spark Test.
Conduct Material receiving inspections.
