Position: Business Analyst (bilingual Arabic and English – Mandatory)
Technical Skills
Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelors’ in any discipline of engineering with Masters in Business Administration or related field
• Having 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent communication skills including high proficiency in the presentation
• Experience in business understanding, management of expectations, documentation, and communication.
• Experienced with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• A good understanding of Software development/Testing Life Cycle
• Willing to travel and work at client locations
• Strong oral-written skills
• High energy and proactive with the ability to operate in an independent environment under pressure
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between end-users and solutions delivery team in simplifying business requirements, planning, documenting, monitoring, quality checking, expectation management and communication.
• Work directly with process proprietors and IT teams to solve problems and improve feedback-based solutions.
• Expertise in the brief designing and concise PowerPoint presentations and documentation, with a balance of high-level insights for managers and a sufficiently detailed view for core teams and customers.
• Participate with the development teams to solve problems and test the overall solution successfully.
• Perform business functionality tests that meet the execution objectives required to keep the project on schedule.
• To develop/maintain a thorough and efficient regression suite for future testing, look at the results of automated test cases during and after the execution phase.
• Professional investigation and reporting of defects and appropriate test metrics for web services in particular.
• Based on leading techniques and practices, software testing strategies, test plans and test cases from business requirements and design documents are identified, managed and implemented.
• Professional analyzing costs/benefits and re-engineering processes
• Should possess expertise in developing a business rationale for RPA, ML, and AI solutions
• Should be well equipped with concepts of system engineering.
• Should be proactive in the identification, management, and mitigation of unknown risks.
• Work directly with engineering managers, technical managers, solution architects, and key stakeholders to plan and implement complex software development projects for companies.
• Knowledgeable in understanding both the large and small business processes in an organization.
• Should be adept at suggesting improvements to the business process
• Can analyze data and derive insights.
• Achieving commitments, managing stakeholders, coaching team members, ensuring the quality of deliverable and adherence to timelines should be possible
• Strong people and relationship building skills are strong.- Multiple taskers and capable of monitoring multiple initiatives
