Job description
Designation – Payroll & Admin Officer
Experience – Min 3 + years in payroll
Main Role and responsibility
• Attendance register / timesheet data validation to finalize the monthly payroll inputs.
• Onboarding of all employees.
• Employee’s files record keeping.
• Making Payroll Inputs – Vacation pay, Earnings and Deductions etc…
• Ensure timely completion, Confirmation of the Probationary Appraisals and Reviews Performance and Increment grievance redressal.
• Provides payroll processing backup support. Partners with accounting and payroll to maintain the payroll database.
• Prepare employees monthly Payroll & Settlements (Vacation, indemnity service benefit calculation).
• Data entry related employee’s new addition and deletion in the HR oracle ERP system
• Works with all Areas / Branches of the organization to understand their needs
• Reviews vouchers, bills and related forms to approve reimbursements
• Generate and maintain various reports related to Personnel affairs & Payroll.
• Support HR Manager to design employee’s increment & annual bonus proposals in accordance with grading structure.
• Support other functions as assigned
Required Skill
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Skilled in Database Management.
• Ability to handle more than 2000 employee’s database & payroll.
• Hands-on experience on Oracle e-Business Suite technical components
• Good communication skill in English.
• Candidate must have at least 3+ years of relevant experience and hands-on expertise in Oracle Payroll module & HR department related works.
