Qc Inspector – Saudi Arabi

Company industry: Manufacturing 2PC Beverage Cans and Can Ends.
Department: Quality.
Job Purpose:
-To check and to ensure all the dimension’s parameters and specifications are within the specified limit using calibrated QC tools and equipment.
-To inspect incoming raw materials and responsible of Documentation.
Job Specification:
a- Required Educational Level: Diploma in field of quality/ Chemicals or relevant Diploma
b- Required Experience: 2 years in relevant field.
c- Required Abilities, Skills and Knowledge: Data gathering, recording and reporting skills. Sampling and analytical skills. Knowledge of HFI and non-confirming products.
d- Required Languages: Spoken and written English
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Take samples of cans and ends from every stages of the production for quality inspection and data gathering.
– Perform visual check for the product during production.
– Creates ESE (Equipment Set-up evaluation) for every Can and end’s dimension when needed.
– Co-ordinates with the maintainers, Operators and shift supervisors when there are non-conformities found in the quality of the product.
– Responsible in documentation of all data being gathered for future and ISO Reference.
– Ensure all the quality equipment (online and offline) for inspection is in good Condition and well calibrated.
– Make sure all the Quality and safety procedures are being followed while Performing the job
– Handles all HFI raw materials and finished products
– Ensure the cleanliness and good housekeeping of his working area to comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000
– curry out Task as assigned by department head
