Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role
(1)-Setting and accomplishing strategic operational goals
(2)-Supporting the general management in conducting the sales and marketing activities
(3)-Supervising the activities of the design, production, quality, procurement, warehouse, maintenance and installation sections
(4)-Selecting machines, equipment’s, production systems and work methods
(5)-Designing facility layout, processes and materials handling equipment’s system
(6)-Developing quality/safety policy, standards and procedures for the operations activities
(7)-Developing and implementing production plan
(8)-Searching for qualified suppliers. Preparing materials forecast and placing purchase orders
(9)-Mentoring, energizing and empowering the work force through using leading techniques
(10)-Liaising with human resources, accounting and sales managers
(11)-Developing maintenance schedules and recommending the replacement of machine parts
(12)-Hiring, supervising and training of employees in different sections
(13)-Developing performance standards, evaluation and incentive system for operations
(14)-Preparing reports to ensuring a better accomplishment of the operations goals
