Zamil Operations & Maintenance Co. Ltd is in search of qualified candidates for the below position for its main office located in Al-Khobar, Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia:
Technical Support Manager
– The applicants should have recognized university degree in Industrial Engineering for plants Trouble-Shooting & Technical Analysis or equivalent and should be versatile with following expertise:
– Should have at least 10 to 15 years of working experience in the field of operation and maintenance of utilities plants, gas distribution plants, STP MBR treatment plants and water treatments plants or power plants from a large utilities company.
– Should have group leadership qualities, good communicating skills and develop very professional coordination with clients to fulfill all contractual obligations and customer care relationship.
– Should have experience & responsibilities in wide range of industrial safety, planning, execution, supervising operation & maintenance and trouble-shooting of all equipments / instruments.
– Lead, Develop Technical Support Functions, Build up teams, Manage production and economic activities of the Maintenance Team to ensure they meet all QHSE, Integrity, Corporate Assurance, Operational and Budgetary goals in line with the strategic direction and objectives.
– Responsible for the technical budgetary planning, technical bid proposals and clarifications liaise with company clients and support for commissioning of new and modified plant.
– Responsible delivery of performance standards, maintenance plans and the organizing of multi-functional technical maintenance disciplines.
– Ensure technically correct operation of equipment / Instrument and other fixed assets, fulfillment of relevant repair schedules, safe and healthy labor conditions.
– Provide necessary training to employees to carry out major plans and procedures in compliance with job descriptions and ensure it is communicated properly to all relevant individuals in projects.
– Organize, maintain, support and optimize the preventive maintenance and plan corrective maintenance.
– Ensure parts, tools, spares and day to day snag list needed for planned and emergency maintenance are ordered, authorized and approved.
– Ensure effective and efficient flow of work of the team and fulfillment of repair tasks and all work requests performed by the team are completed satisfactorily within the established timeframe.
– Ensure established programs are followed by the team such as fire, life safety, security, inspections and other standard regular safety measures.
– Manage the project final assessment well ahead of project completion time coordination with the demobilization team of the company until close of contracts.
