Job Description:
Restaurant Manager, required for a company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
– Manages the operation of his assigned location and provides leadership by example.
– Meets customers’ expectations through the recognition and realization of high standards of friendly service.
– Maximizes revenues and profitability of the lounge and tea shop.
– Ability to forecast annual sales projections and setting action plans and programs to meet the goals.
– Understands P and L and accounting functions.
– Excellent communicator, observer and hands-on Manager.
– 6-8 years of F and B or restaurant / cafe operations experience of which at least 3 years in a management role.
– Computer literate; bilingual Arabic / English. Hotel and Restaurant Management education and HACCP awareness.
