Job Responsibilities
NOC (Network Operations Center) dispatcher is responsible for complete tasks starting from dispatching field engineers for Trouble Tickets opened
Then Follow UP and Close the Trouble Tickets
Has full responsibility and authority to take reasonable action necessary to ensure reliable systems operations networks and services
Basic Requirements
Education and basic experience required to perform entry level responsibilities
Experience as a Dispatcher is preferable
Hands on BMC Remedy Trouble Ticket Software(RTTS)
