A big international brand company needs Learning & Development Manager with the following requirements:

Key responsibilities:

Bilingual Learning &Development; Manager who can develop and deliver Behavioral courses to staff members, in addition to delivering other training activities and courses.The incumbent will be based in Jeddah.

Developing and managing learning and development assets and initiatives as assigned which includes implementation of training materials, programs, and systems

• Validating the ability of training resources and programs to ensure the effective learning and retention •

Facilitating the creation of learning programs and projects owned by other department

• Ensuring that key training programs are competently delivered

At least 8-10 years experience –

Must have transferable Iqama
