Urgent requirement IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and
scanners
2. Backup system images
3. Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments
including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
5. Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Domain – Windows Server 2012, 2016
6. Virtualization awareness Hyper-V and Citrix
7. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
8. Providing technical support across the company
9. Setting up accounts for new users
10. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
11. Possibly training more junior staff members
12. Perform preventative maintenance tasks
14. maintaining records of software licenses
15. Manage and support LAN and WAN Network devices
16. Network Cable crimping, Keystones installation.
17. Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix problems
18. Installing network hardware components and cables.
19. Providing technical support to co-workers.
