Job Description:
A leading multinational FMCG Company (Dairy, Beverages and Ice cream) in KSA is seeking to hire HR Officers.
– Recruiting staff – Issue recruitment ad’s in websites, job portals, IP’s and newspaper.
– Handle employee performance appraisals.
– Analyze all the training needs in conjunction with department managers.
– Supervise and manage all day-to-day office HR/administrative activities.
– Should be graduate, familiar with MS Office programs.
– Knowledge in ORACLE will be an added as advantage.
– Preferably have 2 years FMCG experience.
– Pleasing personality with strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
