Accounting Secretary Required – Jedda

Job Description:
Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports: Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
The Accountant will liaise closely with the Chairperson. He is also required to liaise closely with external Auditors in providing the complete details of information required.
Tasks:
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts. Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flows, as well as the year-end financial reports.
• General ledger operations.
• Handling with Quotations & Purchase Orders.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Tax computations and returns.
• Budgets and forecasts.
• Payroll administration.
• Account/bank reconciliations.
• Preparation and coordination of the audit process.
• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Translating the required things.
• Import/export documentation coordination.
• Dealing with clients & vendors for payments.
